Quinoa is a highly nutritious grain and makes an excellent alternative to rice or CousCous. It is also naturally gluten free.
How To Cook:
- For best results, follow the recipe.
- Bring to boil 2 part water to 1 part quinoa. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10-13 min. When quinoa becomes split and has ring-like shape, it's cooked.
- If you want more nutty flavour, toast it before boiling till you hear popping sounds.
