Couscous is produced from selected durum wheat semolina which is
Moistened and spray dried into an oven which agglomerates the particles. The particles are partially cooked under steam, dried and sieved to the required size.
Great as a side dish or mixed in salads.
How To Cook:
- For best results, follow the recipe.
- Put the couscous into a bowl, pour boiling water on top (or stock), cover and set aside for 10 mins. Fluff up with a fork.
