Some mornings are just too hectic to think about a proper breakfast or you need something on the go. This easy smoothie will give you energy to kick start the day! Freeze some banana's in advance to add a milkshake quality to it.
Ingredients
1 Banana (can be frozen)
1 tsp organic low fat Cocoa Powder*
1 tbsp organic Peanut Butter*
200 ml water, or plant based milk
100 ml milk (or plant based milk)
Add honey or other sweetener if required (optional)

Add all the ingredients together and blend untill smooth.
